Professional Supervision
Reflect. Discover. Grow.
What is Professional Supervision?
Supervision is stepping back from your work to reflect on what’s thriving, what’s challenging, and what needs attention. Through deep listening, the supervisor draws on the roles of counsellor, consultant, and companion to support your personal and professional growth — so your workplace practice becomes more skilful, ethical, and life-giving.
My Approach
“I seek to create a supervision relationship in which you feel genuinely heard and valued. Through deep listening and honest dialogue, we explore your professional experience together — trusting that, in a space of acceptance and authenticity, insight and growth will unfold.”
My approach to supervision involves helping clients reflect on their workplace practice so that they learn and grow from the ethical, relational, organisational, and personal challenges and opportunities they face. In my supervisory relationships, I aim to create a safe space characterised by openness, validation, challenge, and insight.
Background and Experience
I bring diverse experience to the supervisory relationship, including a background in the corporate, church, not-for-profit, local government, creative arts, and higher education sectors. I have over 15 years of experience delivering supervision to a range of clients.

In addition to online and in-person supervision sessions, I also offer a unique live-in opportunity at Primrose Villa in the picturesque village of Trentham, 100 km from Melbourne’s CBD. The villa is a spacious and private getaway ideal for fostering deeper connection and growth. Each appointment booked includes a complimentary night’s accommodation. Partners are welcome.
